Feature usage is managed with credits
Credits are mainly consumed when the AI does something — chat conversations, document summaries, meeting notes, and anything else that uses AI.

Managed by a weekly cap
Each seat type has a weekly credit cap. It resets when the week rolls over, so work never stops because you ran dry at the end of the month.

Consumption depends on the model
Simple tasks cost little; advanced analysis costs more. Using the right model for the job gets more done within the same cap.

Top up when you need more
On BUSINESS and above you can buy extra credits. They stay valid for a year, so you can top up only when you are busy.
EXTRA CREDIT
Buy extra credits when you pass the cap
Even when you hit the weekly cap, extra credits keep you going. On ENTERPRISE the same spend buys three times the credits.

Frequently asked questions
Can seat types be mixed?
Yes. Within a single space you can assign LIGHT, BASIC or MAX to each member. There is no requirement to put everyone on the same seat, and seat types can be changed later, so you can adjust once you see real usage.
What is a credit?
It is the unit consumed mainly when the AI performs a task — chat conversations, generating summaries, creating meeting notes. Each seat type has a weekly cap, which resets when the week rolls over.
What happens when I reach the weekly cap?
The cap resets the following week and you can carry on. If you need to continue straight away, buy extra credits or move that member to a higher seat type.
How far can I get on the free plan?
You can use the main features of the library and the apps. There is no recurring credit allowance, but signing up during the campaign period grants credits. It suits getting a feel for the product first.
Do the prices include tax?
Prices are shown excluding tax. We calculate and charge the applicable tax based on the country and business number (VAT / GST number and similar) you register at signup. Where you register a valid business number and the reverse charge mechanism applies, we do not charge tax.
Can I get an invoice?
We issue an invoice for every payment, showing the tax breakdown, the rate applied and the business number, and it is available to download. If you want to pay by invoice and bank transfer, please consider the Enterprise plan.
Can I change plan later?
You can change at any time. When moving to a lower plan, however, the change is blocked if your number of members or amount of content exceeds the limits of the new plan. Please tidy up first.
