1. Third Scope Asia PTE. LTD. (hereinafter "we", "us" or the "Company") uses cookies and similar technologies on the website that we operate (kanata-ai.com; hereinafter the "Site").
2. This Policy explains the types of cookies we use, their purposes, their retention periods and the parties that set them, together with how you may withdraw your consent.
3. This Policy forms part of our Privacy Policy. For the handling of personal data generally, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies are

1. A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser when you view a website. When you next visit the same site, that file can be read to identify that the visit comes from the same browser.
2. In this Policy, cookies, local storage, session storage and pixel tags (web beacons) are together referred to as "cookies and similar technologies".

The cookies and similar technologies used on the Site are as follows. We do not use any cookies or similar technologies that are not listed here.

• The string following "_ga_" is our Google Analytics measurement ID with the leading "G-" removed.

• We do not set any advertising cookies on the Site. We do not place tags of Google Ads or of any other advertising provider.
• We do not sell information obtained through cookies and similar technologies to third parties.

There is one third party that sets analytics cookies and receives the information obtained through them, as follows. There are no other third parties.

6. Transfers outside the country

1. If you consent to analytics cookies, the information referred to in the preceding Section may be transferred to and processed on servers in the United States or other countries by Google LLC.
2. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, its UK Extension and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. In addition, Google relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission to the extent necessary.
3. For communications from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google Analytics uses the IP address to estimate location and then discards it without recording or storing it.

7. Consent and withdrawal of consent

7.1 Obtaining consent

1. Where the Site is accessed from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we do not set any cookies or similar technologies other than strictly necessary cookies until you have given your explicit consent.
2. Closing the banner, continuing to read a page or scrolling the screen shall not be regarded as consent.

7.2 Withdrawal of consent

1. Even once you have consented, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal takes effect only for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
2. You may withdraw your consent by the following steps.
   1. Click "Cookie settings" at the bottom (in the footer) of any page of the Site.
   2. The cookie banner will be displayed again. Select "I do not consent to analytics cookies".
   3. At the moment you make that selection, we stop loading the Google Analytics tag and delete any cookies already set that are named _ga or that begin with _ga_.
3. We will not ask you to explain your reasons for withdrawing. The procedure for withdrawal takes no more steps than the procedure for giving consent.

7.3 Using your browser settings

You may also refuse or delete cookies from the settings of the browser you use. However, if you delete the strictly necessary cookie, the record of your choices regarding cookies is also lost, and the banner will be displayed again on your next visit.

7.4 Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on

If you install the browser add-on provided by Google, transmission of data to Google is stopped on every website that uses Google Analytics, not only on the Site.

8. Retention periods

1. Cookies expire automatically once the periods stated in the tables in Section 3 have elapsed.
2. We have set the data retention period in Google Analytics to 14 months.

9. Changes to this Policy

1. We may change this Policy. When we do so, we will show the date of revision at the top of this page.
2. Where we add to or change the types of cookies and similar technologies used, the parties that set them or their purposes, we will seek your consent afresh to the amended content.
