To mark the launch of “Kanata AI Recording” and our new pricing structure, we are running a campaign that awards bonus credits to Spaces newly registered between Thursday, August 27 and Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Spaces that sign up on the no-cost Free plan are also eligible. No coupon code is needed; the credits are granted automatically.
What you receive
Register a new Space (organization) during the campaign period and start using the Free plan, and that Space automatically receives 400 credits (worth approximately $4). The credits appear in your Space as soon as sign-up is complete.
Credits are the unit consumed when AI carries out processing.
Who is eligible
This campaign is open to customers who register a new Space (organization) during the campaign period and use the Free plan.
Credits are granted per Space, once per Space only.

This is a plan with no seats, and it lets you try the same features as the paid plans. - Credits are granted automatically once registration is complete
No code entry is required. The credits appear in your Space once the process is finished.
Terms of participation
- This campaign applies to the Free plan of Spaces newly registered during the campaign period.
- Credits are granted per Space (organization), once per Space only.
- Credits are valid for one year from the date they are granted.
- Granted credits may be used only for AI usage within Kanata. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another Space.
- For the Enterprise plan, we will provide guidance individually.
