What is “Kanata AI Recording”?
“Kanata AI Recording” is an app that sits in on online meetings such as Zoom and Google Meet and handles everything from recording to writing the minutes automatically. It runs inside “Kanata”, the generative AI platform for enterprises, and can also be used by uploading recordings or audio files you already have.

- Sits in on online meetings and records them automatically — It joins meetings on Zoom, Google Meet and other services, and carries out the recording and the drafting of the minutes automatically. The minutes are ready the moment the meeting ends.
- Automatic drafting of minutes — Everything from transcribing the recording to compiling the minutes in the format you specify is handled automatically. The format and structure of the minutes can be set from templates managed in the “Kanata” library. You can use different templates for each project or meeting, and share the same template across your organization.
- Works with AI chat — The minutes that are produced accumulate in the “Kanata” library and can be referenced from AI chat. You can also discuss the actions to take next based on what was decided.
“Kanata” is not a platform for holding meetings themselves.
It works by sitting in on the meeting tools you already use, such as Zoom and Google Meet.
There is no need to switch meeting tools, and in-person meetings are covered as well — simply upload the audio or video data.
